The directors of CNC Machine & Engineering Corp., George J. Fiedler and Michael Fiedler, have extensive experience in forging operations and forge tooling manufacture.

After working as die sinker and engineer for many forging companies, including the major auto plants, George Fiedler opened and managed two die sinking companies in the Detroit Michigan area. In 1970 he moved the company and seven families to Colorado Springs Colorado.  Here they produced forging dies exclusively for a local customer.  George maintained his partnership until 1973, when he sold his interest in order to begin his own forging company.

Mike Fiedler learned the manual die sinking trade and then followed with George to establish a five hammer forging shop.  As die shop foreman Mike was in charge of  design, trouble-shooting and repair.  During that time, three hundred and fifty part numbers were designed and produced for Caterpillar, John Deere, Lockwood Corp., Heston Corp. and others.

After ten years of operation, the forge plant was sold to an investor.

Starting again in 1983, they perused the modern approach to die making.  Through blending conventional die sinking experience with development in CNC machining, EDM theory, operation and CAD-CAM programming, CNC Corporation is State of the Art in the Die Sinking Industry.
